Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just sent my "ex" boss an email
Told her I'd take on the Conference position and outlined my terms:
- All from home except for closer to conference I am willing to come into the office the week before in order to take care of things that need doing in the office.
- I want to be paid what she has been paying for that position. If she wants me to do it as an independent contractor I want to be paid more to account for taxes.
- No more than 10 hours a week.
I actually think this may be a win win situation. She still gets me, and saves money by paying me to do a job I already know how to do (remember I did it all last year anyway) and she isn't paying someone to do it 20 hours a week. I still get to be involved with an organization I love, make money (a very decent hourly wage) and I get to do it from home.
So, we'll see what she says...
