Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have the blackberry torch and the screen froze so i did a warranty claim on it so when the new one came it was worse than the first one.. so warranty claim on it also... so my lovely husband was going to mail back the first phone for me and he LOST it... now what? HAs this happen to anyone before? my stomach is n knots..
Re: AT&T question
I suggest calling AT&T to ask them what you need to do in order to get a new phone. If they tell you that you have to send the broken phone back to them, kindly ask to speak to a manager, and tell them that after the phone broke (describe the screen freezing problem) you've later just recently lost the phone. Sound genuine and polite. Ask them if there's anything they can do to help you.

If they can't do anything towards replacing it, they do have some super cheap phones, that don't really do an whole lot, but can get you through until your ready to upgrade. My DH and I have ATT and his phone cost 15 dollars without any contract renewals or anything like that. It's nothing special, but he can call and text and set alarms, and use the calculator.
But if you had an insurance policy on it, they may be able to help you out.
