I had a good excuse -RE: g2g
Hi ladies-
I missed the g2g because my amazing wonderful husband whisked me away for a surprise 1 year anniversary getaway weekend. He knew as of Wed. evening that I was planning on going out on Friday but he didn't have the heart to ruin the surprise and couldn't think of a good reason for me not to go.
He said that he knew that I hadn't "met" you guys and didn't figure that you'd take it too hard.
Forgive us?

We went down to a place we love to stay at near Canyon Lake. I wish we had more time to go on a real vacation but that will happen in August. We came back last night and had dinner downtown and then went and had fondu and wine at CRU in Uptown.
It was a very very very nice weekend.
