Rec's for a "Smoker"
My H's B-day is this weekend and I want to get him a smoker so he can make Brisket etc... I have no idea where to even look or what a decent price is for one. I don't want the HUGE ones.
Anyone have one they love?
Thanks
Re: Rec's for a "Smoker"
You can buy smoker attachments/boxes for grills.
They also make table top ones. These are good for camping too because you can use as a charcoal grill as well as a smoker.
You can buy them anywhere a grill is sold (Sears, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Meijer, Target, etc...). They will run anywhere between $70-$200 depending on the size and functionality (some have dual purposes). We have a basic one like this that we keep at our cabin: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Char-Broil-American-Gourmet-Charcoal-Smoker/13056699
