I was just out for a nice walk with the kids, everyone was being great and enjoying the fresh air! Anyway, we are headed home and we turn the corner, Ella's on her bike and I am pushing Jovie and Henry is the stroller when my creepy old guy neighbor comes running at me looking at the kids and says "you know what causes them, right?". First off, 2 are mine and he should know that based on how long we have all lived here, but if he didn't fine, Jovie and Henry do look the same age. Second, they were being good, I didn't look stressed and it didn't look like I had my hands full. Third, who says that to someone? Mind your own business!! Yes, I know what causes 'them', they are children and I love them!

    I can't imagine what people will say when I've got a 1 year old, a 3 year old, a pregnant belly AND my sister's newborn.  lol!!!

    What an ass! If it had been me they would have all been mine. You had three kids, so what. It's not like you have 20 and even then I'd more likely assume you were a daycare provider than mama Dugger. Either way, its not his business and he should shut his trap.  I probably would have asked him if he knows what causes old men to be assholes.

    This happened to me relatively frequently when I had P with us despite the fact that Sophia is pretty obviously mine and P looked nothing like me.  Most of the time I just brushed it off, but the last time it happened I was newly pregnant and hormonal and actually said to someone at Walmart, "I guess that's what we get for having all that unprotected sex."  It was horrible of me, but it was a complete stranger and inappropriate for them to say something in the first place.
