As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

ohhhh boy. Last week was by far the worst week I've had in MONTHS! My Wed kickboxing class was cancelled so it basically inspired me to totally blow off the rest of the week. And, I've been giving in to cravings for sweets far too often.
Some photos were taken of me on the boat this weekend that made me CRINGE, so I am inspired to get back on track!

Get all your workouts in? I worked out Sunday, Monday, and Thursday so not really
Lose anything? Nope. In fact I stepped on the scale for the first time in a month or so and I've gained about 4 pounds. I hate this time of year because we get busier and my eating goes out the window along with my workouts!
