landlords?
Where do you guys post your apartments for rent? I did craigslist this morning and I will be doing rentprov.com is there anywhere else that I could post that is Free?

Our property isn't in RI (it's where we're from), but CL is just not popular there. We've had luck advertising on the local college website, which is free (it's pretty widely read by the community because it lists a lot of local activities). Also, there are a few churches nearby that will allow you to put something on their bulletin board along with grocery stores there.
It's a very small town, so things are a little different there, but there are enough colleges here that may be an option?
we did craigslist 1-2 times per day, because minutes after you post it...the thread is already on the next page!
Also...i noticed at first we didnt allow dogs and barely got any responses (we have an open backyard and didnt want to risk our dogs not getting along with theirs).
Well one day we decided to check off "allows dogs" because we were desperate and we got a million and one responses. It was crazy. So needless to say we had our pick of tenants... found an amazing couple who will be with us for four years ....with a dog and two cats! lol
