Does anyone here use a cooking forum? A lot of them seem to focus on recipes, but I'm looking for a place to ask questions about technique, substitutions, unusual ingredients, etc. Any suggestions?
Isn't someone a professional chef (LoveofMike's, maybe)?
On a similar topic, I've acquired a lot of canned tuna and salmon. I've come up with: 1) tuna or salmon salad; 2) tuna noodle casserole; 3) curried salmon. Any other ideas? If I just can't use them they'll go to a food bank.
Re: Cooking Forum
Not sure about the cooking forums, but your canned salmon reminded me of a recipe I saw online (not this one, but similar):

One thing I really like about this recipe is the large amount of canned salmon I could use up lol! And DH is way more likely to eat salmon cakes than tuna casserole, so I wouldn't be stuck eating it all.
