I'll just do the main ones to save time.
Kirra is a beachy name of a surfboard company. She's my dog, so I got to pick the name. Kody was something we found online in a baby name list. Kaz just sort of came about. Sadie was the same. Mickey is a cat with blue eyes, so she's named after Mickey Blue Eyes. Bella was another name that just came about.
2) Where did you get your pet?
My first cat is from a pet store. I got her many years ago before I got involved in animal rescue. My other cat is from the pound. The malamutes are all from a reputable breeder that we researched and loved, and Sadie was a giveaway that someone no longer wanted.
3) Does your pet have a bf/gf?
The only pet that has a gf is Kody. His gf is actually my BFF, and he swoons for her. It's hilarious.
4) What is the funniest/most mischievous thing your pet has done?
There's too many to count. Most recently, we had a flashlight that got torn to pieces. It was actually in the kitchen. You'd think the dog would go for the food, but no, mine goes for the flashlight. Thankfully, she spit out all the pieces, so no x-rays. Our list of other moments goes on and on. The malamutes are insane with all the things they can figure out and do. Most locks are reinforced with other locks and then some. Super smart.
I don't have any pets now. Unless you count my roomba. I'm not home enough now to have a real pet.
But I do have a number 4 from when I lived at home. We had a cat that was always up to something. One day I was taking a nap on a sofa. I must have rolled over and nudged the back of the sofa. Unknowingly the cat crawled in side the sofa and thought I was playing. She started batting the back of the sofa from the inside, hitting me. It woke me up, scared the crap out of me, until I hit the sofa back and heard a meow. Silly Kitty.
1) What is your pet's name? Is there any significance to the name? We have 3: Casey Jones, after the railroad engineer, Mies, after Mies van der Rhoe, and Iko, from the song Iko.
2) Where did you get your pet? All 3 are rescues. Casey is from a farm rescue in Ohio, where B went to school, Mies is from a humane society near where I went to law school, and Iko was a lost kitty we found near our house and couldn't locate her owner.
3) Does your pet have a bf/gf? Nope, although Mies and my parents' dog Palmer have a bit of a bromance going on. My dog growing up was bf/gf with our neighbor's dog. He even used to crawl under the fence to go hang out with her.
4) What is the funniest/most mischievous thing your pet has done? Mies gets in all sorts of trouble, but I would say the weirdest thing he ever did was stab himself in the eye with my hairbrush. He loved to rub his head on my brush, and I used to leave it out, until I found these two strange dots in his eye one day. Turned out they were very small holes. Now the hairbrushes get stored under the sink.
1) What is your pet's name? Is there any significance to the name? Jake was named when Kyle got him. Charlie was also named when we got him. Gracie I named after Grace Kelly.
2) Where did you get your pet? Jake was rescued from a farm when his previous owner could no longer take care of him. We got Charlie when his previous owner was going to prison. I adopted Gracie from a shelter.

4) What is the funniest/most mischievous thing your pet has done? My pets are making me laugh all of the time, but I'm having a hard time pinpointing one specific instance that really stands out.
1) What is your pet's name? Is there any significance to the name? Nala is our black Lab. My daughter named her. Cleo is our old toothless kitty. She was a rescue and came with her name. Cheddar is our 3 year old kitty. My daughter's BFF named him. Muenster is our kitten - Cheddie's 'little brother'. A Knottie named him when I posted about keeping him or not.
2) Where did you get your pet? My daughter's BFF has Nala's Mom, so of course we HAD to get a puppy when she had her litter. They also kept a brother and sister, so she can visit her family. Cleo is a rescue we've had for more than 11 years. We got Cheddar on CraigsList for $5 when my daughter's kitty got hit by a car. Muenster was a tiny little stray that was left in a box out on the street.
3) Does your pet have a bf/gf? Nala has a bf - a big chocolate Lab named Bucket. Cheddie and Muenster have a bromance going, I think.
4) What is the funniest/most mischievous thing your pet has done? Cheddar and Muenster ring the doorbell when they want to come in (it's hilarious). And I swear Cheddar says 'Mom' sometimes, and 'letmeout'.

Homer is named after the Simpsons character. When we agreed to get another cat, I said no more cartoon character names. We both like the song "Maggie Mae" by the Pietasters, so we settled on that. I realized on the car ride home from the shelter that Maggie is another character on the Simpsons. Fail.

Both were adopted from the Humane Society.

Maggie has a love/hate relationship with a neighborhood stray.

Get her head stuck between our kitchen cabinets.
Nearly choke herself with a blind cord.
Get into a garbage bag, grab leftover cold cuts in the bag, and get the plastic handle around her neck. We were sitting on the couch and heard her nails on the kitchen floor. I rounded the corner, and she had the cold cut bag in her mouth, handle around her neck, running in place trying to get away.

Fenway... But she has a TON of nicknames. Josh is a big Red Sox fan, and Rangers Ballpark at Arlington was too long... I got my dog, he got to name her. It definitely suits her.
Her aliases include: Fenny, Freeway (Thanks to my hard-of-hearing aunt who wondered if we named her that because we found her there... not the case, but funny.), Pei Wei, Fen-a-way, Denway, Precious (the name she had at the shelter where we got her... gag!) Finley, Fenway Anne, and Fenny Marie.

An animal haven in Lubbock, TX

She has her phone lover, Sully! She keeps asking when he's coming to visit...

we have Meow Meow he was named because he whines all the time, then we have Penelope (P.P.) it has no significance other then i thought it was a pretty name and she is a pretty cat. then we have Alice she got her name because she is a mischific little brat

Meow Meow was found in a ditch by my SILs house, P.P. was gotten from the Cass River pet friends it is a animal rescue place, and Alice found us she was at our door one night when DH got home

Meow Moew and P.P. have a thing going with each other that is fine as they are both fixed. and ALice must of had someone because she is pregnant.

PP and Alice have a teritory war going on and they tend to have battle royels under my bed, Alice also has been know to snuggle up to me after DH has woken up and licking me until i wake up. and lastly Meow Meow has a habit of eating the leaves on my plants

1) What is your pet's name? Is there any significance to the name?
Winston and Jersey. My brothers named them. Winston was a really loud purr-er so he named him Winston like the Winston Cup and Jersey was named because of her cow spots
2) Where did you get your pet?
Next door neighbour found them in her parents barn. There was orginally a mom with 3 kittens but I guess she decided she could only take care of 1 and then abandoned Winston and Jersey. We took them in.

4) What is the funniest/most mischievous thing your pet has done?
The most mischevious thing is probably at Christmas when they busted into our closet and got out 2 x 30 bags of buns for family Christmas. We were hiding the buns because they had suddenly taken to finding any and all carbs in the house and rip them apart. The ripped apart LOTS of buns.
The worst she has done is she tore apart a basketball all the way down to the strings (it was an older one) what a mess. From that point on we bought her one soccer ball a summer to destroy
1) What is your pet's name? Bailey Is there any significance to the name? Nope - I was reading The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants when we got her. There is a character in the book named Bailey and I thought it was a cute name.
2) Where did you get your pet? My Aunt's Farm
3) Does your pet have a bf/gf? No
4) What is the funniest/most mischievous thing your pet has done? I could probably write a book about all the naughty things Bailey does. For example she figured out how to break into our pantry where we keep her food. She would eat and eat until she barfed. We now keep her food in a plastic container so she can't break in.
Bailey also knows that I'll get up and feed her in morning after my alarm goes off. So she figured out how to turn on the alarm all by herself. She'll walk across the top of the alarm clock until she can get the radio button pushed in so that I think it's time to get up!
Last story I promise...she also figured out how to turn off the bathroom light. She can reached the light when she's up on the counter and she'll just jump up and pull the switch down with her paw. I really hate when she does it when I'm in the bathtub at night, all the sudden it will just go pitch black and I'll be yelling for DH to come turn the light on!
