s/o Favors

Kind of related...

Any ideas of what I can buy for hostess gifts for my two showers this weekend?  One is hosted by three of my good friends, and the other is hosted by SIL, her best friend, and her BF's daughter...

Obviously since I'm buying for six of them, I don't want to spend a fortune.

Re: s/o Favors

  • I got my hostesses for my bridal shower a nice "shower" kit with a loofa, shower gel, bubble bath, lotion, etc.  The card said something like "I hope your next shower is as great as you made mine".  Thoughtful and inexpensive.

Another idea might be to give them cute umbrellas to keep with the "shower" theme.

Giftcards are always a winner too.  GL!

  • Hm, stationary from TJ Maxx?  Starbucks giftcard

Grocery store flowers in dollar tree vase?  My store usually sells 3 small bouquets for $12.

  • I love cute soap from this Etsy shop, but for my bridal shower I just got the hostesses a bottle of their favorite wine. I like the Starbucks gc and a candle or soap idea.

  • Thanks for the ideas!  I love them!  Not sure why I struggle so much with this kind of stuff!

How had I not thought of wine???  Two of the three girls who are hosting my friend shower LOVE wine (the other one likes it), and my dad works in the wine business and can give me good suggestions!

As for the family shower...SIL doesn't drink, so I will probably go with one of the other ideas you guys posted.  I know she loves bath stuff, so that's probably a good option.

    Thanks again!

This is what I gave to the girl who threw my shower.
