So Clinton is thinking of getting a tattoo, so we're looking online at other people's crazy ones online & laughing to ourselves.
He's thinking of getting a DNA double helix (something I don't understand), and I'm thinking I really want a white ink peace sign. Just a thought.
But that got me thinking. I want to see all the 10-10ers tattoos! Soooo, go!

Re: Show me yo' ink!
Please ignore my dry/need to be shaven legs. I have 4 tattoos and pretty much regret every one, but it was a silly phase I went through, so it's whatever
This was my first one, it's on the inside of my left ankle. It's a purple X for my name and then a lily growing up it, but I was dumb and got it too small so now it just looks like a blob.
This was my second one that is on the outside of my right ankle. It's a virgo symbol.
This was my third. It just reads 'karma' on the back of my neck which is what I try to live by. (ew my neck looks creepy/wrinkly lol but I guess that's what I get for trying to take a picture of it myself)
And last and certainly least, is an outline of a 'pumpkin' on the outside of my left ankle. My best guyfriend and I have always called each other pumpkin, so when Jason and I broke up for a few months, my friend was my rock and spent every single weekend with me. One drunken Saturday afternoon we decided to go get matching tattoos and figured an outline of a pumpkin would be perfect. Well, it looks more like a tomato and doesn't even connect in some places, so now it's just something funny between us and we call each other Mato now more often than pumpkin.
This is on my lower back. I got it the spring before I graduated undergrad. It has a lot of symbolic meaning, but overall it is a reminder to me to never settle for less. It's hard to tell in this picture, but nine of the flames shooting out are stars.

I don't have any recent pics- but this was right after I got it.

I got it right after passing through a really rough time in my life. It was a reminder to keep moving forward and things will get better. I got it on my foot in my attempt to be whitty (also I knew if I got fat or skinny it wouldn't stretch much there. haha)
And no- it has nothing to do with the Jordan Sparks song- I actually had it done before that.
Me either.

I got my first tattoo my sophomore year of college and I still love it. It serves as a reminder of how my sisters always have my back and I have theirs (even though the tat is on my ankle:)
And my second I got a year later and truthfully I forget I have it. Still like it though. I don't have a good picture, but this is the design:
Here's a freshly snapped photo (complete with the bracelets I wore to my daughter's National Honor Society induction ceremony!) of the only one of my two tattoos of which I have a photo. This one is a loose Latin translation of the words "No Day But Today", which, aside from being a recurring theme in the musical "RENT", which I don't have to tell anyone is my favorite thing ever, also have some personal resonance with me. It's on the inside of my left forearm. Complete strangers ask me about it a lot, and I honestly forget it's there sometimes.
My other tattoo is on my right shoulder blade, and it's a poorly-executed fairy sitting in a tree. I plan to cover it some day with angel wings that span both my shoulder blades, but I haven't managed to get enough time yet to do that.
This is one of the two that I have
My sister drew it and she has the same thing on the top of her foot. My other is on my lower back and it is a sun, moon and star with tribal designs on the sides, it was an 18 year old decision that I regret.
Lance and I are planning to get matching somethings, we just haven't figured out what yet.
