Heyyy!
How did YOU do today?
and Daniel???
hope everyone made it through their first day of daycare without puking
Re: **Smilee**
Ha ha! Thank you. He actually did great! I was on edge all day- I just kept busy. I don't think I ever graded so many papers in one clip! lol.
Thanks for checking on us!
hey!
OUr first choice was Helen Hayes- we loved them- truly loved them, but we have been on a waiting list forever there. We checked out Children of America in Stony POint, and we just were not comfortable.
We wound up going with time.in daycare. It is owned and run by a woman that is local and is friends with D's aunt ( who was watching him). She converted part of her house into a daycare ( you would never know it is even part of a house- it is adorable. It is accredited and licensed and we just got a really good feeling when we went there. She does not really advertise- she gets all of her business word-of -mouth. a couple of teachers in DH's district use her as well.
As the time gets closer for you, I will be happy to answer any questions and let you know how things are going!
Hope you are feeling better.
sounds like you found a great place!
glad you survived day 1
