what are you looking forward to this week?
*yawn* its rainy day #3 and im exhausted.
we have a busy week this week but not that much of it is exciting.
i have to get my car inspected tomorrow so we'll have dinner at my parents. on Thursday i have a big event for the professional association that i am chair of and then i also have a rededication ceremony for a cemetary that we restored last year. i dont know if i talked about it here, but the most recent headstone was from 1834, so its a very old family cemetary.
friday i have a big staff meeting and then we're going to happy hour at the brewery next door and saturday we have tickets to a wine festival. i already have 3 cases of our favorites that i plan to buy :P

VACATION!!! Thursday can't come soon enough. Going to WA with some friends.
Oh, and I get to have dinner with Jennlin on Sunday. Be jealous
ugh, this week cant' be over soon enough!
I'll be out of my office all day on Thursday, pretty excited about that - I'll be at our main office for a few meetings, then going to the COmmunity Corrections Board meeting in the afternoon. We have a couple gals up for review, so should be interesting.
Friday I'm getting a much-needed haircut. Nothing drastic, just really need a trim
Saturday night a little date night with H - dinner and a movie. We have a lot of Groupons and LivingSocial deal we need to use!
Sunday I'm looking forward to doing absolutely nothing. Making breakfast, lounging around with some mimosas in my PJs. Our weekends have been kind of crazy lately, looking forward to a chill one.
I'm looking forward to no more rain!!! *whine* ??...it's not saaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnne~??
Anyway, this week is pretty tame. Good thing, too.
We have a wedding this Saturday, and the rehearsal dinner Friday night.
Yup. That's pretty much it.

We might be going jeans shopping for me tonight- it seems like a pair is falling apart and being replaced every month- I guess that's what happens when you wear them every day... Or we might be going to the ER for xrays and MRIs because Kirk hurt himself playing basketball yesterday and my guess is he's not going to be any better tonight.
umm, we're playing bet the bartender at this bar in the city on Thursday. He flips a quarter and if you guess correctly, your drink is free. Sounds entertaining.
This weekend I'm mad cleaning- magic erasering my walls, doing baseboards and dusting, plus the usual kitchen sterilization and vacuuming.

I know! All I can do is read a book to stay awake ;-)
Looking forward to relaxing today and tomorrow, and my last two 3p-3a shift Thurs/Friday, then I become a day shifter again next week! I'm also getting some cavities filled tomorrow, which should be the last dentist appt until my 6 month cleaning in November. I really like my dentist, but I'm tired of going there.
We're also having lunch with my aunt on Saturday since she and my uncle are in town for a ham radio festival.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
Tonight I'm going with Jon & his best friend to Neptune Oysters which should be fantastic and then they're going to the Bruins game. So I get to eat delicious food and then go home and catch up on Grey's and Private Practice. It's like the best win-win situation ever. :op
Saturday - I have my first dress fitting for the wedding I'm a bridesmaid in in September. Should be just awesome since I spent the majority of last week fighting with her two sisters and her mother about the surprise shakedown for $400+ that they sprung on me. Mostly, I'm looking forward to that being over.
I'm also looking forward to seeing the sun. If that could happen soon it would be great. It's getting really depressing in Boston.
It rips my life away, but it's a great escape!

My brother's last band concert as a high school student is tomorrow *tear*
We are wrapping things up for the benefit and I can't believe how generous people have been. The Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks have made donations that we can raffle off, and so many others have donated gift baskets as well. It makes me feel so good that I get to be part of this and see it all come together for my co-worker and her family.
Saturday we are going to try and have one last big rummage sale to get rid of what didn't go last weekend. At least it wont be freezing cold!
Thursday morning I have a growth ultrasound, so it's always awesome to see Hunter.
Friday, hopefully date night with H.
Saturday is my baby shower. So excited to see everyone!

I was just informed by my loving husband that he just ordered LA Noire for us off Amazon!!! With a $20 credit, we each just have to fork over $20 next payday, and with free Prime shipping we'll have it by Thursday at the latest!
Way too excited about this video game... Law & Order meets GTA meets Mad Men.... what more could you want??!

Oh, this week is crazy.
Worked yesterday and working today. Bunches of homework due today. Ugh.
Tomorrow - Commencement Ball with H and final trying on of MOH dress.
Thursday - Working and Family Night with H, lil bro (up from FL - yay!), Mom and stepdad. Then visit with Dad's late "Big Brother's" brother whom I've never met.
Friday - GRADUATION!!!! Then graduation lunch and eye appointment.
Saturday - hanging out with family (including lil bro) and rehearsal/rehearsal dinner for BFF's wedding.
Sunday - WEDDING! :-)
Looking forward to this week being over so that the rain can peace out.
I really don't have much on the agenda at all this week. I like it.
Let's see...I'm trying to stay positive this week and hoping it goes really really slowly since it's my last week home with Alex. There are actually a lot of things to look forward to this week. Tonight we're hanging out with two friends who also just had a baby boy. The guy is one of Joel's best friends from when he was little so it's cool that their son and ours will grow up together too!
Tomorrow Alex has a doctor appointment to get another ultrasound on his hips to make sure they're continuing to grow correctly. Thursday night is my friends' combined bach party. Friday is the rehersal and dinner and then Saturday is the wedding. All of these events are going to be so much fun and it's going to be great to spend so much time with friends!
I'm kind of glad to be back, my trip was exhausting.
Nothing exciting this week until my friend's birthday party on Saturday. First I have to buy her a gift... she's moving next month so I'm not even sure I should get her an item that she'd then have to pack, but I don't really want to give her a gift card... maybe some wine for when she starts packing.
