Do Costco bakeries sell cupcakes to order? I'm debating whether I'll actually have the time to bake and frost a couple dozen cupcakes before Saturday and I'm considering ordering them.
If they do carry them and if you've had them, are they any good? All grocery store cupcakes I've had so far are dry and bland.
Re: Costco cupcakes?
Costco no longer does cupcakes.
ETA: They no longer do cupcakes for order. They stopped late last year. I asked the baker why and they had no clue. She did say on occasion they will get some prepackaged to sell, but the bakeries will now only do cakes. This was the costco in Bloomfield hills, Auburn Hills and Commerse. Sheila's H asked at a costco too, but don't know which one.

Someone brought them into work and they are good! Just really big. I had to split one with a CW.
What if you just bought cookies, brownie bites, and some other desserts? You can make your own tray.
Darn it. Oh well, they're not that hard to make. My allergies are just kicking my butt and I'm tired. I have 1.5 vacation days left (use it or lose it), so maybe I'll take Friday off and do a marathon baking session.
Mary - I mistakenly promised some of my students cupcakes...big mistake, lol. They're so excited though that it's cute.
Have you tried Busch's cupcakes? They've always been great, IMO. I always get cakes there, and I'm 99% sure they do normal size cupcakes (all that are coming to mind right now are the huge ones though).
Oh, yeah - here they are. I'm pretty sure you can custom order them too if you don't want sports designs, birthday, etc.

I know you aren't into grocery store cupcakes, and I am not a huge cake fan. But the frosting at Kroger is ridiculously good. I just picked some cupcakes up for work birthdays and they were tasty.
But I think all cake is tasteless so I am not much help there.
We special ordered Meijer cupcakes for my bridal shower. They were really good and inexpensive.
. brookie's cookies & more . miss wayne county . pinterest .
Those look good! I just emailed my boss and told him I'm taking Friday off....so we'll see how far my motivation goes. Otherwise I'll be placing a last minute order at Busch's!
I need to bake 2 or 3 kinds of cookies as well, plus figure out drinks and such. I'm very much regretting not getting some of this taken care of last weekend when I had the time.
I asked at the 8 & Haggerty store, the 96 & Middlebelt store, and the Brighton/Green Oak store. None of them do them anymore.
