Hey I was just going through your Travel blog. How was your trip to Amsterdam? My DH would love to go there! I wouldnt mind to see the Anne Frank House. Did you go inside? How was it?!?! What was the cost like to go there? Was it outrageous?

  • It was definitely an experience. We only did four days there and I think that was just enough. Anne Frank's House was definitely the highlight of the trip for me. It was a very emotional experience. We also toured Heineken, toured Dam Palace, did a red light district tour, saw a sex show, took a canal boat ride and took a day trip to Antwerp and Brussels. I loved Brussels and wished we had more time there. The beers were all great there and I'm not normally a beer fan. The food was great as well - I had the best breakfast of my life at this little place called Sarah's where it was literally one woman waiting on everyone and cooking all the food herself. It wasn't too expensive. The most expensive part is the flight. I think we found a hotel room for $100-150 a night.
