As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. ok so let me give you a little backstory on my work..I work for as a customer service rep taking orders and doing billing .we have 3 of us that work during the day ( i do 7-3:30 and the other 2 girls work til 5:30) and 2 night time ppl (one comes in @ 11:30 and the other @ 4:30)answering phones and taking orders, my billing for the month is done and I literally have nothing going on .....well the one night time person ALWAYS gets special treatment we shall say that she gets to make her schedule whatever she wants days off that we dont regardless she is part time but we HAVE to make sacrifices on things where as she NEVER does...
well I am not going back to work after the baby and was going to take my leave starting on May 27, however, lately I cant function at work anymore....by noon I am pretty much worthless...so I wanted to make this week my last week....well I emailed my boss today that I wanted to talk to her about it, well we did and she was like well IDK cause it would affect 3 other ppl and I need to talk to them first....3 other ppl being the 2 night time ppl who start @ 11:30 & 4:30 and the drivers boss....not the other 2 girls I work with during the day who pretty much can take care of things without me being there since we are so slow...
.I am livid right now and I am just thinking about saying screw it and just not go next week...seriously what ticks me off the most is that she is a mom herself with 2 little ones she knows what it's like to work pregnant....I mean what happens if for some reason this weekend my water breaks and I go into labor does she need to approve that with the other 3 ppl to and I have to hold my baby in. Like she has NO backbone and is always doing stuff like this like oh I gotta talk to so n so before I can approve that she is the WORST mgr I have ever had....
ok sorry if this is confusing....I am just so annoyed that she would even think to say something like that being that it really isnt like Im taking vacation a week early, Im freaking pregnant and i am so uncomfortable!

thats EXACTLY it and the thing is everyone that has been working there has been there for almost 2 years so it's not like it's anyone new! We got bought out by a company we were working with in January so now it's just a horrible place to work and Im surprised I lasted this long, but she is really it because the ppl in corporate wont do crap! so Im just not going in haha...not like I care if they fire me cause like I said Im not going back
Is it her choice when you take your leave?
Or are you trying to accommodating and take the leave when it is convenient for her?
I would tell her your last day of work and not budge.

just the fact she TRIED to tell me I couldnt change it just pi$$ed me off so bad....she is the worst mgr EVER lol
