As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. How to follow up?

I interviewed last Wednesday. They said that they were hoping to make a decision by Friday but that it may be postponed. I plan on following up tomorrow - do you think 1 week is an appropriate amount of time to follow up? Also, should I call or email? I have the email address of the main interviewer or I could call/email the HR assistant. I'm not sure who would be the best person to contact.

I would go with a phone call and I'd follow up with whomever set up the interview originally/who you've had the most contact with. If you've generally been communicated to by the HR person, contact them.
