Ok, I just typed it up in Word (because so many people have asked, here and in emails) and it is holy mother of god LONG. I'll create a new thread so that it comes with a disclaimer and can be read at your leisure. I suggest taking a few small breaks to help you get through my long winded epic novel about my appt.
