Dani and other homeowners
I just looked on your blog at your pantry redo and fireplace post. I love seeing what you have done with your house. More pics please. I love your taste.

Others that are working on their homes, feel free to share pics with us. I love before and after pics especially.
Re: Dani and other homeowners
Thanks! I should probably update that soon! We've done quite a bit more since then, including the half bathroom, the back room, the office, and the living room. And now I'm working on my craft/dressing room. So, I promise more pictures are on their way.
But our first big project that I'm excited about is the wainscotting we're going to put in the living/dining combo room in the front of the house. We'll be following Centsationalgirl's post. I can't wait.
No pics here at work but our house was an investor flip so all of the walls are beige even baseboards
I have repainted 3 rooms so far - the living/dining room, second bathroom and master bedroom. I have the master bath, hallway and office to complete and then maybe the kitchen later.
Will eventually lay tile in the bathrooms since it's the original 1984 in there (yuck), remove tanbark from the backyard and lay sod down and remove the tanbark in part of the front and replace with annuals.
Most recently, H and his brother chopped down the tree that was in the front, just need to remove the roots and stump.
IUI #1 10/12/11 (Bravelle + HCG + Prometrium & acupuncture) = 10/26 BFP! Beta #1=250, Beta #2= 615. 1st u/s 11/8.
We did a bathroom renovation, but I forgot to take before pics!
But we're planning an addition now (currently in design review) and will hopefully start construction in about 5 months. I'll be better about documenting that one.
Show us anyway!
I'm just amazed at how looooong everything takes since buying our house. Of course, it helps if you don't paint rooms the wrong color. And if you have a husband who is actually motivated to replace the fixtures in the bathroom you painted three weeks ago.
I had this fantasy of painting every room a different color to give it more color than just being beige - got burnt out on painting.

That's what happened to us, but then we just gave up after trying two colors. They looked great on paper but so different on the wall
Next time I clean the bathroom
