onto baby nicknames.
I was just talking about this the other day with the guy that does my hair. We were talking about the evil nicknames kids can come up with.
Did kids turn any of your names into something evil?
What can kids change Brynn's name into to make fun of her? I was trying to think of something and thankfully my mind couldn't though I'm sure there is something!
Re: S/O Baby Names....
The worst for me was on Sloppy Joe day at school. After kindergarten, I always brought my lunch and we called them Sloppy Jon's (my brother's name) at home.
I still get Mr. MyLastName sometimes when people have seen or spoke to me and don't realize I am a Ms. As an adult, this makes me laugh because the joke is on them when they meet me.
I'm not sure about Brynn's name. It's not a common name, but not weird so I think she'll be fine. I'll try my best to think of a mean nickname so she'll be prepared, though

I never had issues until we watched The Breakfast Club in Social Studies in 9th grade and there was that whole "Claire is a fat girl's name" comment. It didn't help that I was chubby.
I can't think of a bad name for Brynn. I love the name Margot but DH says kids would call her "large marge".
A friend of my dad's had twins and named them Paige and Brigid - I joked that kids would call her frigid brigid in school and she'd be promiscuous to make up for it. hah.
Well, a few turned my last name into a not-so-desirable nickname .... cooch. It never really bothered me though as it was never said to be mean.
Hmm I can't think of any bad ones for Brynn though. I'll keep thinking
The worst I got was that since I was always one of many Sarah's, I spent most of elementary school as Sarah R. In the 3rd grade though there were 4 Sarah's and another of them was Sarah R. So we went with the first 2 letters of our last name, she was Sarah Ro. and I was Sarah Ru. which led to all kinds of comments from the other kids.Sarah are you... ?
