When/Where did you go? For how long?

And have you been back, or do you plan to go back?

We went to the Mayan Riviera for our honeymoon in 11/04. It was great - we loved our resort - Aventura Spa Palace - and we loved the area. We went for 10 days (we got married there too - you had to be there for 2 days before the wedding).

We haven't been back, although in summer '06 and did a road trip through the entire Yucatan. We drove on the highway literally right past the resort, but it was not a stop for us. I would like to go back, I think, although the area was slammed with horrible hurricanes in '05 and much of the area was rebuilt (including a lot of the resort) - and not just rebuilt but built up, so I'm not sure if I would enjoy the changes. For our one-year anniversary we went to the Galapagos because it has been on our list of places to see for a long time, so I'd have to give it thought if I wanted to go to the Yucatan again vs. a new place.

We spent a week in Negril, Jamaica at Couples Swept Away and a week in NYC. We loved both. We've been back to NYC many times but not Jamaica. I would love to go again someday (or any where in the Caribbean for that matter).

We went to Aruba- and Loved it- we had a 10 day stay book but I won BIG at the casino and we made it 14 days!! We loved our resort-

We haven't been back but I think we'll take the kids next year

We were married in Sept07 and went on our 2 week HM in March08.

We did a 1 week Southern Caribbean cruise out of San Juan, and then flew to Jamaica for a 1 week stay at Couples Swept Away in Negril.

We loved it. We've since been on another cruise (different itinerary) and back to Jamaica another time to Ocho Rios (still at a Couples)

We hope to cruise again in the next couple of years, and we'd love to try more Jamaican (or Caribbean) couples resorts.

We went to Couples Swept Away in November 2006 (married in October). We absolutely LOVED it and plan to go back, just the 2 of us, someday.

We went to Greece in 2008. We stayed I think for 11 or 12 days. It was fabulous but for now we rather visit new destination rather than going back to something we've seen and experienced. Although I loved Greece and would have no issue with staying a month!

When/Where did you go? We went a month after our wedding because the cruise times were limited. We went on a Hawaiian cruise for 2 weeks, then to Vegas for 4 days. For how long? 19 days total

And have you been back, or do you plan to go back? Hawaii, no - wasn't that fond of it. Vegas, yes, probably 5 times. We are going again in July

We went to Mexico for 8 days (Aventura Spa Palace as well). We have not gone back and I am thinking probably n ot going back.. if I went back to Mexico I would probably stay at another resort. I like to try different places and I think I would need to stay with a beach, I kind of missed the fact this place didn't have a beach. I knew going into it it didn't but I figured it would be ok which it was, but next time I want a beach.

There are so many other places on my list but haven't gone anywhere together since being married in 2007, bought a house, DH lost his job and it just snowballed from there...so hopefully we can start going places again soon..

We got married in October, which is not conducive to long honeymoons when you're education, so we spent a long weekend at the Arlington Inn in Vermont. Over April break that year, we went to Aruba. Loved it. We'd love to go back, maybe for our 10th anniversary.

We were married in July 2004, and we took our honeymoon in September-October of that year. DH's sister got married in London, so we decided to do a week in London for her wedding and then a week in Paris (since we were already across the pond.) I loved London and we went back for a visit in 2008, but I don't know if I would do Paris again.

We went to Playa del Carmen and Cancun Mexico in Oct. 2008. We went for a week, my school was nice enough to let me use all my personal days. We went back to Mexico in Feb. 2010 to Riviera Maya. We will go back to Mexico some day, but there are other places we want to go to first.
