Yes, they do decorate the parks at Christmas. They have the "Osborne family" lights - not as in Ozzy though. There are hundreds of thousands of lights and it's amazing! I've only been there once at that time of year for new year's and it was a blast but we decided to go earlier in December so we could do more of the holiday activities they have.
Most of the activities weren't going on at New Year's anymore. Also, DH has NEVER been for Christmas and we're both excited to go again. It was my graduation gift from him
