Sorry ladies
I've been sucking this week w/ posting! Ziggy has his surgery early Monday morning (went well!) and I've been home from work taking care of him (more like making sure he doesn't do TOO much, which he tends to do!) since then. I'm supposed to go back to work tomorrow but that depends on how his follow-up appointment today goes.
Also, on Sunday that my somewhat step-grandfather (my grandmothers boyfriend for the last 15 years or so) passed away. He had been sick with cancer for a few years and in a nursing home for the last 6 months or so, but its still hard. He was an old crabby guy on the outside but once he opened up, he was really cool. He had so many stories about being stationed in Japan in WWII and awesome fishing and boating stories. I'm very sad. His funeral is today, but I didn't feel up to going since im still broken about my dad and its 4 hours away, and i was worried about ziggy.

I'm glad to hear that Z's surgery went well - I hope 'taking care' of him these past few days has been fairly easy for you!
