Yays and Boos
Yay:
I got 10 hours of sleep last night. It was fan-tastic.
8 work days until summer vacation!
My parents are in Ireland and got to see the Queen yesterday. Made my mother's life.
Boo:
Because of my extended sleep, I missed Glee, so I don't know who died. I can't get on fb for fear of spoilers. The suspense is killing me.
A kid brought me homemade carmel corn for a teacher appreciation gift. I can't eat popcorn, because of my diverticulitis. (I didn't dare tell him that.) It's just sitting on my desk staring at me.

I didn't know someone was supposed to die... and I missed it last night too.
ETA: I guess that's my Boo.
Also a boo -- I woke up with a pounding headache and it refuses to subside.

YAY:
Only 2 more days after this until the weekend.
I am psyched about the new jeans I got yesterday, they're glorious.
The Mavs won last night.
BOO:
My husband is headed to the doctor today (finally) to get his leg issue checked out. He was playing basketball and "something popped" on Monday... he hasn't been walking well since, and I'm worried.
I woke up with a stabbing pain between my toes. Too much flip flop too early in the season I guess.

I knew it was going to happen, the title of the episode is Funeral, but I haven't seen it yet either and am really afraid to stumble apon it before I watch!
Yay's:
I have the day off and it feels glorious.
Now two of my closest friends work at Starbucks, so I'll rarely pay full price for anything there for a while (because I really miss my employee discount).
I feel really crafty today, so I might end up making something really great!
Boo's:
My friend invited me months ago to go with her and her family on their annual vacation which is in a few weeks, and due to the season starting off way slower than we had hoped, I might have to tell her that I can't go with her (since we pay her parents our rent, and it would be weird if we were behind while I spent a week away from work to vacation with them).
My mom moved back in. She got fired from her job and her roomates kicked her out because of it.... so she's in my only guestroom/future nursery... looking for jobs.... i don't really want to talk about it....
I want another yay to end on a good note:
I'm about to eat breakfast. I'm really excited about it... because Baby B and I are hungry.
Yay: I only have 2 more night shifts left to go, I get to see DH this afternoon after 3 days without seeing him at all
Boo: I have to go to the dentist this morning for fillings in the cavities caused by my wisdom teeth -- I'm tired of going to the dentist.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
Man, I didn't even know the title was Funeral...
Another boo: I'm sick of this rain. 4 days straight now, and it's not supposed to stop until next week. Grr.

Yay: I was so sure I'd gained weight during my vacation, but the scale says I didn't!
Boo: we forgot to go to the store when we got home yesterday.... not only do we have no food, but we have no milk for coffee! ugh.
Me too! I want to hear what you end up making. I'll be sewing and maybe also knitting.
Ooh! I was thinking of scrapbooking, or painting or something papery like that. I drew a really detailed nursery plan in pencil yesterday, so I was thinking of lining it with pen and coloring it in with colored pencils. We'll catch up tomorrow with our craft results!
Another Yay while I'm at it: I lost 2 pounds since my last doctors visit. I was nervous that my occasional "i can eat this extra doughnut, I'm pregnant!" (which I really don't like saying) would catch up with me, but I guess not!

Last day of work before my vacation!
I'm finally going to get to watch the GG season finale tonight. I've been trying really hard not to read any spoilers!

Yay:
I went on a major cleaning/de-cluttering rampage yesterday. It felt soooo good! I plan on doing more today. I think I must be nesting already;)
One more week until we find out if baby is a boy or girl!!!!
Boo:
I have a headache.
We've been having rain and thunderstorms for like a week now. I'm kinda done with it!

Yay: Ellie is full-blown walking! Life will never be the same.
Boo: I'm not looking forward to going OOT for SIL's graduation this weekend. I just wanna stay home.
Yay:
I got my ring back yesterday and it looks better than it did on my wedding day. So sparkly!
My brother's last band concert as a high schooler is tonight and I can't wait to see his college performances this fall.
I decided not to sell my cricut (I have used it only once) because my mom is giving me part of her basement to scrap since we don't have space at our house.
Boo:
Work blocked facebook and if they try to take away the nest I just might scream!

It's Wednesday, halfway to the weekend!
I'm making tons of progress this week at work so I'm not as worried about being behind on schedule
Boos:
This weather sucks, I've been getting to work late which means staying later than normal. The weather makes me scared of running outside.
I haven't run since last Wednesday.
I didn't get much sleep last night because Patrick and I got into a huge fight but things are a lot better now that we've talked about it.
Yay:
-I am STILL pregnant. No one expected Baby C to make it much past 34 weeks, and now he/she has cooked for 38 weeks! So happy Baby will be born full-term.
-If I'm still pregnant by next Tuesday night, I get to see Josh Groban live. I can't explain to any of you how excited I am for this. (So excited that if I give birth on Saturday, I may in fact still try to find a way to go.)
Boo:
-I'm still pregnant. My back is killing me, my hips are killing me, my abs are killing me, and it took me almost half an hour to walk one mile last night.
Yay: Alex had his follow up u/s to check his hips for dysplasia due to him being breech. The first u/s had shown perfectly growing baby hips and this morning's u/s confirmed that his hips are indeed perfectly find.
Boo: I stopped in and saw my boss and coworkers while I was at the hospital for Alex's appointment and I found out that my boss didn't give my temp any real work to do. She did some filing, answered the phone and scheduled appointments but that's it. Monday is going to be H3LL! I will easily have oh you known like 2000 e-mails since they only screened the e-mails for anything important but didn't really do much else with them. I already wasn't looking forward to going back but now I'm flat out dreading it.
Follow-up yay/boo:
Yay: my dentist numbed my face really well for my fillings, and so they were quick and painless.
Boo: he numbed me so well that my lower eyelid is numb and my left eye won't close. And I have to go back for one on the other side since he didn't want my entire face to be numb all day.

yay: We're supposed to get lots of rain over the next few days so my grass will be nice and green and my garden will be well watered
boo: We're supposed to get lots of rain over the next few days... puts a damper in my C25K running
yay: I don't have to be at the halfway house at all tomorrow - I have 2 meetings at our main office on the other side of town, as well as the Community Corrections Board meeting (also on the other side of town) so I won't see clients all day tomorrow!
boo: Board meeting always runs late. Long day tomorrow.
yay: It's Spring Cleaning Day at the facility today, meaning all kinds of spring cleaning, waxing floors, planting flowers, touch up painting. It looks pretty here
boo: my clients are extra bitchy today because they have to clean all day.
