As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Venting.
I wish I had a good place to vent about work related things, I really do. I envy you girls who do.
This one of the worst things about my job.
And don't get me wrong, there aren't many things about my job that are bad, I love it, but much like everyone else I need a good outlet. I can't do it on here because of many reasons, I can't do it on FB because I have people telling me I'm awful for doing so, and I'm pretty sure DH doesn't want to hear it all the time.
