For a pizza-esque idea, whip together lite cream cheese and strawberries and spread on the top of pita and cut into triangles.
You current menu is very sweet, you may want to add in fruit to balance all the desserts--skewers of watermelon, strawberries and raspberries.
I would bake a large crust out of sugar cookie, then spread it with cream cheese mixed with a tiny bit of sugar and red food coloring. Then top this with slices of strawberries, cherries, raspberries then drizzle with melted white chocolate to resemble the cheese.
Search my blog for "Birmingham baby shower" (link in sig)...I had a pink baby shower and the hostesses did all the dessert themselves. There were some really cute lollipops made from pink candy melts.
