As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Nothing is broken or fractured. the doc that seen her ruled it as a sprain and she is supposed to stay off of it for 7 days and keep it elevated with ice. she was also give an Air brace to wear.

I think you said she is 6, right? I know it is hard at that age because they are little balls of energy, but you are going to have to make her... even if you have to tie her butt to the chair.
There are some activities she can do without being on her feet. I used to swing a lot when I was that age. It will burn off some energy without putting weight on the ankle.
Repetitive injuries are much worse. If she doesn't listen and hurts it again she could do a lot more damage.
