  • i am here and i am feeling good this week!  after three weeks of travel and indulgence and very little exercise, this week i am running regularly, eating and tracking my points in a healthy way, and i feel good.  i havent been to weigh in since before toronto (and i was still down 11, hadnt gained on any of my other two weeks worth of trips) but i skipped last week so i could run.

    after three weeks of minimal running, its amazing how my body adjusted and got used to not running again.  this week i am having a hard time getting through just 3.5 miles where as right before all this travel, i was able to (barely) run about 5. 

  • I feel amazing and mostly because I can fit in that BM's dress that wouldn't zip up just last Thursday. I haven't weighed myself but I've been drinking nothing but water (even cut out my milk except in cereal) and exercising daily. Except yesterday. I figured I deserved a day off after 2 weeks of working out.

    This weekend I did laps in the pool at my parents and omg that killed.me! And Sunday my sister and I went for a walk with my nephew and then I ended up toting that 20+ lbs half a mile because he was tired of riding lol

    I want to get down a least one more size but really two and I'll be happy.

  • I just hopped on the wagon Sunday after falling off hard. We will see how things pan out.
  • My eating has been atrocious. I'm sort of back on track today, but I know this weekend will be the pits - girls weekend in Boston. Booze and bad food.

    My exercise has not been good this week either. I did zumba today and am slated to do a sculpting class tomorrow if work does not interfere. I am going to do some yard work Friday morning.

  • I'm a hot mess lately. After last week's great training log, I fell off the wagon w/ binge drinking Weds night.  Hungover Thurs=fatty food.  Packing & moving=eating out of convenience. 

    Last night I packed up the kitchen, so no more cooking unless it's in the microwave.

    I'm hoping all the activity of physically moving will keep me from turning into a heifer.  However, McDonald's in en route to my mouth right now..

  • To finally answer my own question (MIL came over earlier)....

    My eating has been horrible for the last week and a half, but DH and I have been way more active lately which I think has helped keep me from blowing up too much. I have been feeling really bloated lately and my rings have been too tight. Planning on chugging gallons of water the next couple days and hopefully things will be back to normal.

    I have been working our gardens for the last three days plus walking and running more than normal. I feel great and love being outside, but oh how my muscle are aching today. This week I have a yoga session and 3 more runs planned....lets just hope they happen. :)
