Mine has been having death throes for a while now. And I lost the attachments long, long ago. Anyone have any recs? How much should I spend on a decent dryer that will last? Any features I should look for... ion, ceramic, whatever? I'm so clueless about beauty stuff.
Anyone have any thoughts about this one?

I really like having hot, warm, and cool settings. I use the warm setting most of the time so I don't fry my hair, and I prefer it if the bathroom is steamy (gym) or it's hot in general.
I can't see the link you posted, but there are probably reviews of higher end dryers on amazon and sephora.com et al.
I'm not familiar with that one, but I use a T3 at work (professional version of the Luxe) and I LOVE it. At home I use a 12 year old Vidal Sassoon that my Dad bought me for $9.99 at Big Lots. Yes, there is a HUGE difference. I dry my hair at the salon whenever I can, lol. It's all tourmaline infused, ceramic, ionic, lightweight, and dries the hair quickly without blowing it all around. It has low/med/high heat settings and low/med/high speed settings as well as a cool shot. It does make the hair much smoother then dryers that do not have tourmaline (not just compared the the one I have home, but compared to other high end professional options).
I've used tons of professional dryers and had terrible luck with them, so T3 is the only one I recommend at this point. Nothing pisses me off more than paying $100+ for something that's supposed to withstand near-constant use for 8+ hours a day, only to have it crap out within months. :-/ T3 has lasted so far, and they also have a 2-year warranty.
