    I've gone to court and done a conference call, and written 3 paragraphs on a pleading. Aside from that, I'm obsessively alternating among fivethirtyeight, cnn, and startribune.com

    Yep, pretty much a loss. Plus, I'm exhausted. Will work on my productivity tomorrow, I guess ... hopefully I won't be up too late with election stuff tonigth!

    i feel sort of pathetic that one of the races I care about most is the house race for a district I don't even live in. I'd love for Bachmann to lose her seat.

    I've only been here an hour, thanks to my volunteering, and I've done approximately nothing. But I've got to find a way to concentrate since I have to leave early for a doctor's appointment tomorrow, and I do have something due.

    I've been mostly working from home lately, and going in on Tuesdays.  Well, I go in this morning and my boss doesn't get in until 10 (she had been voting).  We meet for 10 minutes and then she confesses that she hasn't had any time to get any new assignments ready for me but will send me stuff this week.  So apparently she's been caught up in election fever too.  So, I left work.  I'm home now, eating lunch and have to start prepping for my party.  But I'm kind of relieved I don't have much to work on this week because I'm sure I'll want to stare at the news all day tomorrow, regardless of what happens.

    I taught my 3 classes today but student turnout was light. Oh well the class must go on so they will be playing catch up later this week!

    I voted on my way home - no lines and now I am on my sofa relaxing for the rest of the evening. I ain't even cooking-we are having leftovers!

    Being a teacher, I don't have as much opportunity to hang here during the day.  I was pretty darn busy all day, but I was definitely thinking, "I wonder what the girls are talking about on the Nest"....

    What a loser I am......LOL.
