I'm sure this is a silly question....
DH is going to Alaska next week- the flight is pretty long... what should he bring to pass the time? I'm going to send him with my laptop so he can watch movies & his zune to listen to music... any other ideas?
is there any way around bringing a bunch of dvd's? i'm sure there isn't a way to connect to the internet but can you download movies onto a laptop and watch them without having the actual dvd?
Re: Flying question
If he gets chilly easily, have him bring a small blanket or dress in layers. (Since he's going to Alaska maybe he was already planning on doing so.)
I've read that if you bring an empty water bottle, you can fill it in the water fountains once you get past security. I'm not sure how true it is, but I'd try it.
This is true! I just did it when I went to New Orleans a few weeks ago.
Every plane I've been on has been freezing, so I always make sure to dress warmly.
Yep, I did this too on our flight a few weeks ago. Everybody on the plane was so jealous of me and my free water.
