I got hired for summer school:)
I didn't teach summer acceleration last summer because of grad school so I wasn't sure I'd get hired this summer with everyone losing jobs and stuff but I did. Yay!
I'll be teaching 5th graders who didn't pass the TAKS for Reading and Math 
I'm pretty excited because in summer school - the curriculum is done for you. You just have to teach it. No grading papers, no extra work, just plain teaching...my favorite!

You're pretty lucky to be teaching Summer School. My sitter mentioned the other day that it sounded like Wylie isn't even going to have Summer School.
