It is Holly's co-worker's b-day today and so their boss brought in schmancy cupcakes and is ordering lunch.
Boss also asked Holly how old she was (as part of a general age convo). Holly is laughing at the continued cluelessness of appropriate office behior her boss exhibits. She gave a roundabout answer that made her boss do math in her head.
