home taxes
When can I find out how much our 2011 home taxes are?
Our 2010 taxes were based on the property value only, not on the value of our home. I'm wondering if/when our pymt is going to go up.
I know our home insurance went back (ugh something about some sinkhole crap) and i'm wondering what the taxes will be.
We paid almost $100/mth extra over the last year to have a cushion in our escrow acct for when the taxes accounted for our actual home, but I'm wondering if we will have enough.
Does that even make sense?
chris called our bank a few months ago and they are clueless; or he wasn't asking the right questions.

Yup. Well, last week I did. It only has last year. I looked @ our neighbors, so I have an idea of how much our taxes will be... but I still want to know if I'm going to have a stroke when they update our mtg pymt.
