Anyone have a good shrimp recipe?
I have a pound and a half of cooked/frozen shrimp- but Im uninspired with the recipes I have...anyone have something good?

Shrimp stirfry. I just cut up a bunch of random veggies, throw some hoison (sp?) sauce, soy sauce and ginger in with them and sautee. We usually have it over brown rice.
Shrimp scampi is another favorite. Lots of garlic, olive oil and butter. Dash of red pepper flakes, about 1/2 cup of dry white wine (I have used chicken stock and beer in a pinch).
I love Bonefish Grill Restaurant's Bang Bang Shrimp. It is to die for and I've made it at home and it is fabulous.

The best hot chili sauce ever is in the international foods aisle and is called sirachi. It's about $3 for a large bottle and is amazing.
