Oh and I can't believe I forgot this - he slept through the night!
He fell asleep at 6:30 - I woke him up at 9 to change his diaper and feed him. I read him two stories and then he fell asleep until 5:30 this morning when the alarm went off and woke him up too.
I work a half day today and get out of work early tomorrow! DH is home with DS today, so I am going SHOPPING all by myself!
BR - DS is this.close to rolling over from his back to his stomach! He mastered from stomach to back last month, so I have been working on this one for a couple of weeks.
I finished Gabriel's first year photobook/guest book for his party. I cried. As in, was sobbing like a baby.
DH agreed to consider painting the kitchen cabinets, but I have to show him a photoshoped version first before a decision is made. I'm getting there
Saturday I get to go see Chicago at the Fisher with my bff ChrissyT!!! SOOOOO excited!!!!!!

Come Monday my phone will stop ringing with shower madness. My family is nutso (in a good way mostly, just exhausting).

I only gained half a pound last week. I feel like I've been eating like a hoover vacuum so this was pretty reassuring.
Only two more work days before my surprise vacation with DH. WOO!!

Sheila, I know how you feel. I did a Mom2Mom sale and looking at their preemie/newborn clothes last weekend I was thinking, "How is it NOT just yesterday they were wearing these??"
AW: My mom offered to watch the babies last night while I got a manicure. They even bought us dinner!
We leave tomorrow morning for Chicago (brother's wedding). I'm looking forward to the little 'break'. I have a list a mile long to leave with the ILs about LOs schedule. This may seem anal, but guess what...I don't care.
I'm off today. Sleeping in makes me really happy. Although, it's sad that 8am is sleeping in.
I'm having a medical procedure done next week that will make life much better and I can't wait.
We made plans to see my brother & SIL in FL for DH's 40th b'day in August. As much as I don't want to rush summer, I really can't wait to see my brother. It's going to be super hot....oh well!
We are one week closer to moving into our house...LOL the count down is just not moving fast enough for me.

I got our insurance to cover my rhogam shot - after 7000 phone calls.

Losing it...Without Losing it
We painted the kitchen and got a new sink and new silestone countertops installed! It really gives the kitchen a much-needed facelift. Now I just need to buy some window treatments to finish it off.
BR - DD is walking! It's adorable, and it seemed to happen overnight!
Something so small should not require so much baggage. Perhaps I will take a picture of the car before we leave. You know, give you something to look forward to for the future.

It's DH's birthday today, which means we're going out to dinner, so I don't have to cook tonight!
I'm going registry shopping this sunday with my sister.
I just booked tickets to go see my friend out in Kansas City in a couple weeks. Her daughter will be about 8 weeks old when we're there and I'm so excited to see them.

On Monday we had an ultrasound and I am absolutely in love with the ultrasound picture.
Tuesday my dog, Gracie, went to the cardiologist and she passed the 1st set of testing done on her heart!
Sunday is our 3rd and final baby shower! I will be so happy to have all these done with. I don't mean to sound unappreciative, but there is always so much drama that surrounds baby showers. Plus I don't really enjoy being the center of attention.
My AW is I finally got Morgan's b-day invites in the mail...it's hard to believe she will be one...
I definately LOL'd at this just from experience. Just wait until you have 2 young ones...we drove to Baltimore last Sept. & I was wondering if there'd be any room in the van for DH & myself, good thing for the Stow N' Go.

My AW: Joshua turned 1 on Tuesday, still can't believe how that happened, but it goes by quicker w/2. Also, DH's 2 days home has turned into him being home ALL week! He checked Tues. night, didn't have to be there for Wed., but thought maybe he'd have to go for Thurs. only for a presentation. Last night they said just stay at home and help us from there if anything is needed! It's been nice having someone to help w/the kids at night.

DH and I are going to put an offer in on a house this weekend! I am so excited! We've been looking for awhile, and I felt like we'd be loking forever, but it is exactly in the location we dreamed of when we started looking, so I'm glad we hung in there! Hopefulyl the offer will be accepted and the process will be smooth!
