Hi Ladies,
Thanks for being so awesome and keeping tabs up on us
We were very fortunate to welcome Samuel Timothy to this world this morning at 4:41 am. Once again, it was a super fast labor, my first contraction didn't really happen until 10:30 or so pm. We got to the hospital around 11:30-11:45. At 3:30am they broke my water and he was born an hour later.
Somehow, even though I fully went in with the expectation to get an epidural, I thought I could handle it without. I can say that in the wee hours of the morning of 4 am, exhausted and pushing, my will was crushed but I pushed him out anyway and I have never felt so much pain in my life, hahaha. But, he is perfect and so worth it. I will have to give an honest account of labor later, but we'll just say there was some pleading between me and my nurse that I couldn't continue, haha.

Re: He's HERE!!!
Congratulations!! What a cutie
). I agree that giving birth is extremely painful, and I had epidurals w/ both kids. I can't even imagine it without - HUGE props to you!

My mom ( a L&D nurse for 25+ years) once told me that is the moment they know you're just about there. Congratulations again Erin, he's absolutely beautiful.
