Landscaper RAVE

I just wanted to post my experience.  We had our front yard redone yesterday and used Premium Landscape.  They're in Fairfax Station and did an excellent job.  We ended up having a new retaining wall built, new tree's, bushes and sod layed.  They also removed an overgrown juniper and a diseased red bud.

The cost was VERY reasonable as well.  They did a complete design so we were able to see on paper how everything would look (like a birdseye view).  I also posted on Angies list but if anyone is looking for landscape work I'd suggest checking them out.  (they do pavers, decks, fences, lawn care etc but we just had landscape in the front yard done).

Re: Landscaper RAVE

  • This is really helpful - I was just emailing our HOA president to find out who is responsible for our front lawn (which is a total mess).  But our backyard could also use some work.  Can you give a bit more information about what you consider "reasonable" when it comes to cost for the work you had done?  I wouldn't need a retaining wall, but we need sod, a large bush removed, the creation of flower beds, etc.  It's a small space, but we definitely need it to be more functional.  I have no idea what this sort of stuff costs.  Any advice would be appreciated!  TIA!
