Snowy weather!?!?!  In May?  Is that typical for this time of year?  I had no idea Flagstaff was that cold this late into Spring.  My bro lives in Phoenix so I always assume the rest of the state is always 114 degrees too-- haha

It usually snows in April or May but usually just a day. It snowed twice in April so we weren't expecting any in May.

So I guess it is a surpise because we already had a late snow. But not a surprise for it to snow this late into the year.

But we had a pretty dry winter so I guess we are just a few months behind. haha.

Nope- it is interesting how three hours north is so different. We are usually 30-35 degrees cooler most of the time.

  • We just got back (Monday) from being out of town for over a week and have been too exhausted/ busy to do grocery shopping/menu planning so I have no clue what we will be eating tonight. Last night we ended up ordering Papa Johns so hopefully we will be feeling up to a grocery trip tonight.

  • We're having low-carb Hamburger Stroganoff over noodles for the rest of the family and over broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for me.  I'm not a complete low-carb freak, but I'm testing a theory that I may have a slight gluten reaction going on, so no noodles for me.

I know this was a totally accident- but it made me laugh so hard I cried. DH doesn't like black beans- so I think that is why Iaughed so hard. haha
