speaking of fashion... anyone want to shop for me?
I need something to wear to my sons baptism next weekend. The forcast says 68* and partly sunny that day (back in NY). I need something that will look good on me, and knowing you have never met me or seen me I'll describe myself a bit-
5'5", broad shoulders, breastfeeding boobs (so they could be perky or deflated, depending on the time of day! lol), a pouch of a belly that I just can't get rid of and some extra weight I'd love to lose (I'm about 160lbs).
I'd like to keep the cost down to $40 or less, preferably less but I know that's difficult. It's a pretty casual affair- we're going to the service and nothing afterwards since we're doing a birthday party the day before.
And GO!

I bought this dress at JCP

If that doens't work look up Bisou Bisou? Ruffle Chiffon Maxi w/Tie Waist
It is always cheaper in store. Plus usually cheaper at doorbuster sales on saturday mornings. I paid $30 for it and it is really comfy and even better looking that the picture.
I am 5'4 and 150 lbs and got a size 8
I would go to Dress Barn. They have decent dresses. I was lucky enough to find something for my son's baptism and I still wear the dress now. It has a higher waist, therefore hid the pouch I had going. They are also reasonably priced.
