I know the subject of jobs, money, and raises is kind of tough for some...so with that...flame if ya want..
My boss has from the start was pissed that I've been doing the same work as a regular head teacher but getting paid much, much less, so she did something about it. She and her boss fought for about 3 months to get me a raise. I finally got it on my last paycheck!
I don't want to share this with work people because our company has a pay freeze right now, and don't want to ruffle any feathers.
I'm so excited about it! I'm getting my boss a thank you card and a case of diet coke, because she really raised some heck for me.
