Where to buy leaf lard?

Hi ladies,

This is a totally random question that I wonder if anyone can help me with:  Do you know somewhere nearby that sells leaf lard?  I want to try making a pie crust with it, but so far I only know of a place out near Kutztown, PA that sells it, and that's kind of a haul for me.  (Fyi, I'm also posting on the South Jersey and What's Cooking boards.)

Thanks in advance for any tips!

Try Reading Terminal Market. One of the several butchers and/or the multiple Amish stands may have it.
  • Thanks for the suggestions!
  • Oh, also apologies to those of you who were way grossed out by the question!  For what it's worth, I am also kind of disturbed by the idea of it, but I've been experimenting with different pie crusts lately, and I figure I might as well give it a try.  (Admittedly, this may indicate that I've gone completely nuts.)  Lots of bakers (and eaters) say that it yields an incredibly flaky, tender, tasty crust, so I'm kind of curious to give it a whirl.  Anyway, thanks again for your help!

No need to apologize I'm just finding myself more and more grossed out by what is in the food I eat the more I find out about it.
