Cooking Light magazine is using me for a profile on Healthy Habits! I wrote a little thing about leaning into vegetarianism/veganism and they're going to be using it in their August '11 issue. I have to admit, I'm pretty excited.

I will have to pick up that copy of cooking light. That is so cool to be featured.
