Book Club
I know its the weekend and the board will be relativly dead, but if you're going to make it, let me know!
Also, a decision: I was sure the AC in my house would be fixed at this point. Of course, it has not been. It hasn't been bad the last few days, mostly due to the presence of many, many fans in my house. So the question is, would everyone still be alright coming to my house, or would you all prefer to meet somewhere like the Starbucks near my house? I have absolutely no problem sticking to the "at my house" plan, as long as everyone else is ok with the fact that there will probably be several fans blowing rather than an AC unit.

The pregnancy brain...I know it well
It's this Monday, and the book is From teh Earth to the Moon by Jules Verne. It's not very long, only between 70 and 130 pages, depending on what edition you get.
lol. So shall we call this one a bust, then? I either need to not be given the Classic Lit category or I need to not pick the books in general, because even though I love Jules Verne, I had a very hard time getting into this one as well.
Who has next month?
I'm really sorry, Rai! I'm sure if you want to host someone can swap with you before we do repeats. I have October, if you want it! We had been doing really well, 5 strong months in a row. This one did sneak up fast on us!
I think Britt has the next one, but my list is at work so I'd have to check tomorrow.
No big deal at all! It happens! I'll be looking forward to attending the next few until DD arrives, and then when we do the next round of picks, I'll host again.
