Shazzie

I need a suggestion for something yummy that is gluten free. I need to make something for someone as a thank you.

I was thinking cookies, or brownies, and I'm not opposed to a mix or homemade.

any suggestions?

Re: Shazzie

  • Well, if you're ok with a mix, King Arthur Flour has a gluten free cookie mix that is very yummy. It's just the mix, so you can add in whatever you'd like (we always stick to chocolate chips - Toll House brand is GF friendly)

Betty Crocker is also good for cookies and brownies. Either of those is an easy enough thing to do that I guarantee would be appreciated! We always use parchment paper on the cookie sheet as an extra measure to avoid cross contamination, and I swear it makes the cookies come out better!

  • thanks!

and good thing you mentioned the parchment paper, I didn't even think about cross contamination!
