Real Estate Agents...GRRRRRR
So we had the agent around to look at our house and give us a price and we signed up to sell through him. Like I said in a previous post, I kinda know this guy through work, so we were happy to use him.
Anyway, he comes over last night and says he thinks he made a mistake with the price, and now thinks it is worth about $22,000 less than he originally thought. We don't think that is the case, and wouldn't sell the house for that price.
He said that he won't put a price on it just yet, just have the open home on Saturday and 'see where people think it sits in the market'. I was so angry at him, but just let it go. How disappointing. 
I hope that people love it and we get somewhere near the original price, or we will have to rethink all of our plans, again!

On the buying side, I also have a newfound hate for real estate agents. >.<
I usually hate wallpaper, but I really like what you've got goin on there. And the red backsplash in the sleek modern kitchen is fab!
You'd think he'd want to keep it at the higher price because he'd make more in commission, right?
But you have a super cute house! Good luck in the selling process!

We have worked hard on it.
They agent said they had 6 groups of people through today, and we have told him the price we want put on it, so he better comply, or I'll sack him and just sell it myself through my work.
