Let's see...tomorrow I'll be spending the afternoon with girlfriends for a get together, and then hopefully, cutting peonies in my garden and placing them around the house, and giving baskets of them away to my neighbors on either side of us! That's kind of May tradition, and I must say, we have a gorgeous crop this year :-)
Sunday I hope to just chill out and do some light straightening up around the house...mostly finishing up putting away my winter wardrobe. And maybe having my first crabs of the season!!!
Unfortunately nothing exciting. DH is still away.
My dad is out of town with my brother so my mom and I will probably just hang out and do girly things. I have let the house get a little messy with DH gone so I will probably work on that a bit as well.
LOL!!!
I have a busy weekend! Tonight: I have to clean my house for tomorrow night;
Saturday: I am helping my dad and brother strip wallpaper in my parent's kitchen, then in the evening I'm having a combined 31 and Dove Chocolate party at my house....my friend is hosting it and needed a place to have it, so I offered mine;
Sunday: DH and I are going to his grandma's in the morning....she's going to teach me how to make biscuits and gravy from scratch, it's one of DH's favorite meals!

It's a friends birthday this weekend so we are going out for brunch. Sat night we are going to a pop up restaurant at the british consulate and I am SO FREAKING EXCITED!
Sunday I'm running a 5K then having a picnic afterwards!
Lots of food happening this weekend basically.

A10 Siggy Challenge: Our Next Vacation Destination: Paris!
At some point this weekend DH will have to give me an injection at an exact time, but we don't know when yet, so we didn't make any social plans. It's the shot that tells my body that it's time to ovulate and it has to be given precisely 36 hours before my retrieval which isn't scheduled yet. It's the first injection he's giving me - I've done all of the others myself - so we definitely need to do it at home. It's too bad because we had to turn down some fun things (poor DH turned down Yankees/Mets tickets).
We are going to our close friend's 40th birthday party tonight, so that should be fun.

Dinner at the mother-in-law's house tonight. Then nothing big planned for Saturday hopefully cleaning up around the house.
I think my project will be figuring out how to store my veggies and dip platter. It has the wood base then 4 dishes for veggies/chips and one for dip it makes me crazy since I can't store it flat and I hate putting it back in the box each time. Sounds so silly....but I just want it to have a home other then my counter/table!
Oh and Sunday we have our pre-production meeting for starting our summer shows!!!
Tonight: I need to run over to my parents' house to make sure everything is in order for their return (I have been house sitting all week)...basically I want to do some cleaning for them, etc to make their return to normal life less stressful (this was their first vacation in about 5 years...all other attempts to vacation failed due to my grandmother hurting herself or getting sick a day or so before a trip). After that I need to run to the grocery store for a few items. Then its home to clean my house.
Saturday: DH has to train two clients in the morning. I will continue to clean the house for my Homemad Gourmet cookoff party (so hope I can get this off the ground...if I can, there won't be any issues with me being a SAHM).
Sunday is our fun day. Well, after we give the dogs a bath....
We are planning to go back to Babies R Us and Target so 1) I can show DH what I registered for and 2) add any more items... Then we are doing a movie date (haven't had one of those since Toy Story 3 came out).

Tonight I'm baking chocolate cupcakes for my brother's BBQ for his graduation from theological school. I will also do some more research into the new career path I might persue- accounting! See next post . . .
Tomorrow DH and I will attend brother's graduation, come home and later take the kids with us to brother's house for the BBQ. Should be fun!
Sunday no plans except DH has a hockey game to play, so we'll do some relaxing!
April 2010 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination
Tonight: going to the Sox/Cubs game at Fenway! My cousin's visiting from San Jose, CA (he came out with his godmother, who's a Cubs fan, just for the games this weekend!). I haven't seen him in 5 years, so it will be great to see him! I'm hoping to show him around the city a bit - and then he'll spend the night at our place.
Tomorrow: taking my cousin around to see some sights! Then we're watching the Bruins game at 1:30 (go B's!) and will take him back into the city to meet back up with his godmother. Then we have plans with friends at night.
Sunday: nothing! Maybe I'll paint our bathroom? Or just do nothing for once? Ah, so looking forward to a day with no plans at all...
...that is, if the world doesn't end on Saturday.
LMAO!
I am heading to my parents this weekend. Will likely be vegging tomorrow. Sunday is my cousin's graduation party. Should be mostly low key for us

I'm kinda late to this, but it's already been a hectic weekend.
Friday morning we went to my uncle's funeral. Then we hung out with my sister for a bit before going to visit DH's grandma. After that, we stopped by BILs house for a brief visit and our future step-niece was being a royal brat. MIL and FIL took us to dinner and then we got home around 8:30 ish.
This morning, DH made breakfast and I finished my shopping lists. I wen to the Post Office, Target, Aldi, library, lunch and groccery store while DH did stuff at home. Tonight we are going to try to get him a suit and go to Qdoba for dinner.
Tomorrow will probably be church and some cleaning. Hopefully I can get a nap in too.
