    Gritty's has a kids' menu.  We've taken Helen there many times.

    I was going to say Bucks in Freeport too. Most places in Portland are kid friendly, but Buck's is super kid fun!

    When H's cousin comes with her 5 year old, we usually go to Sebago (by the mall...until the new one opens downtown) or RiRa...though this is also because we usually have a group of 10, so we need a place with room for a group.

    We ended up staying in and bbqing, the kids needed to run around for a while. Although felt bad bc my sister is wicked allergic to my dog, and the 2 year old is super scared of the dog. But thanks for the ideas :-)
