    Hi! I was trying not to jinx things but I had to say something! We put our initial offer in a few weeks ago, on what happened to be our 5th anniversary, and since then have been in the most painfully drawn out and slow negotiations stage ever. We just countered back for the 3rd time (5th total if you include the sellers' counters) and they asked to have until Wednesday to get back to us. But our REA is thinking that they'll accept it unless they get a much better offer between now and then. So right now we're crossing our fingers and toes that they don't, and that our REA is right. It's a great deal, in exactly the area that we want to be in and only 3 blocks from the elementary school Kyva would go to. It's got everything on our must-have list and a lot of things on our nice-to-have list too, and it's big enough that we could be there for many years without growing out of it. Plus 2 huge lemon trees, an orange, and a very prolific loquat. So any house dust you can spare would be much appreciated, since you seem to have some amazing house karma :-)
