In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AWing for a minute
I wanted to share some news with you ladies (no, not pregnant!!).
First, I got a promotion!!! We're adding a new team to our department, brand new position/role. I applied for it because I knew that if we didn't move to Atlanta that this would be a job that I'd want to do. So a few days after the interview, one of the managers asked me to let them know what our plan was...they needed to know if we were moving or not. We made the decision to stay since nothing was happening in Atlanta. So, last week, I got the phone call from HR letting me know that they'd like to extend an offer to me!! I'm super excited - the new job starts on June 6 and starts with about 4 weeks of training. I don't know how much time I'll have to get on once I start this new job, but I can't be away from you ladies for too long!
The other bit of good news is that DH and I found an apartment this weekend!! DH meets up with the landlord tomorrow to sign the lease agreement but it's ours! We're hoping for a June 15 move in date. It's a quaint little 2 bedroom - hardwood floors! Anyway, I'm excited to move into our own place finally....the only major downside to this apartment is that there isn't any laundry. So we'll either have to go to a laundrymat or MIL's. But the location is perfect - we can walk to church and DH can walk to football practice, the high school, etc!
